OMG!

We just got back from being out of town and Con Edison has our whole block dug up. Having just replaced our sewer, look what they did to our water line!!! Someone is going to get a new one tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Basement renovation is done!

Almost a year later, I’m done at last. Structural wood replacements, pipe relocations, added sump pump, sheet rocked the ceiling, added lighting/ electrical and painted. Now I just need to move all our crap back down there into storage!
